Due to change in Proprietorship acknowledged in letter from Department For Education dated 29/02/2024, some of the above policies need to be revised & updated. Where the currently published policies above refer to ‘The Proprietor’ this, in most cases should now read, ‘The Chair of Governors’. The Chair of Governors will then utilise appropriate communication channels with the New Proprietor or third party external agencies as appropriate – Michael Hill, Proprietor Harpurhey Alternative Provision School, September 2024
